SCHOOL runs on the same engine as BUSINESS. People learn organization, processes and management systems on real enterprise twins: they build them, run them, transform them, and play the business simulation on top.
Universities and business schools
Students work on IDEAL VERTICAL SOLUTIONS of different industries. Business faculties teach decisions on living companies; IT faculties teach systems on the business reality those systems must serve.
INTERNAL ACADEMY
The academy teaches on the company's real twin: its structures, its jobs, its processes, its costs. People learn the company they work in, not a textbook case.
Onboarding
A new hire learns on the tasks and processes of the role they will hold, and becomes productive sooner.
Bahria University (Pakistan) uses the SCHOOL component. In substance, the students say they finally understood what a process is.
For a company, the INTERNAL ACADEMY is fundamental for UP-SKILLING. The twin shows which jobs and tasks change with each transformation and with each wave of agentization. The academy trains people on exactly those changes, on the company's own model, before they happen.
Large groups with a corporate academy activate BUSINESS and SCHOOL together, on the same platform.
Students, new hires and consultants study the company as a map of domains: the business functions and the links between them. Each domain can be studied at four levels of depth.
What the function does, its goals, which functions it exchanges with.
The processes of the function, its roles and tasks, its links with the other functions.
Tasks, MIS transactions, rules and KPIs. The person can work in the domain.
The person designs and transforms the domain and guides others.
L1 and L2 on all domains give the whole map. L3 and L4 on the domains chosen by the person or by the company give specialization.
Each student works on a personal copy of a company twin. The student builds structures, assigns tasks, designs processes, runs TO-BE scenarios and plays the business simulation. Every decision is recorded, so the professor sees how the student reasoned, not only the result.
AI generates content from the professor's objective, reviews submissions against the professor's rubric and tutors the student on the twin. AI-generated questions enter the question bank only after the professor publishes them. The grade is always the professor's decision.
When a transformation or a wave of agentization changes JOBs and tasks, the twin lists the changes. The academy trains people on those changes, on the company's own model, before they take effect.
