It sits between strategy and the transactional systems, connected to both: fed from below by real data, read from above by real decisions. That is why it is not another tool next to the others — it is the layer that was missing between all of them.
And without this layer there is no agentization. AI agents can only take over work that is formally modeled — its tasks, its logic, its rules, its boundaries. A company without the layer can buy agents, but it cannot integrate and coordinate them at scale. No model, no agents.
Each system holds one piece. The ERP records transactions. The HR system records people and positions. Process tools draw flows. The organization chart draws boxes. None of them links who does what, in which process, with which system, at which cost. 3D.DET holds these links.
From below, connectors synchronize the model with HR and ERP systems and read the transaction logs. From above, strategy and KPIs are linked to the units and JOBs that must deliver them. Other systems read the model through a standard interface. They can propose changes. Only a person with the right role can accept them.
Governance roles are part of the model: model owner, process owner, certifier, scenario owner. Each role has a perimeter and a set of actions: certify, freeze, promote, dismiss. Every act is recorded. Access rights say who may read and write. Governance roles say who answers for each fact.
